complaint;
yesterday 19th june 26 i received package delivered by ekart at my residence
and i paid in good faith rs. 699 as per my order placed.
On opening the packet i did not find razors but shamefully it contained
dirty, bad smelling, torn cut pieces of cotton faded dusty clothes possibly taken from
garbage bin.

Evidently it is a fraud in supply .
Please arrange to send immediately to reach me within 3 days the items of razor which
i ordered as above on 13/6/26 since i paid the money rs. 699 ..
If not received within 3 days i will be compelled to file criminal complaint for fraud
and breach of trust and also report to customers forum for misselling products on
line ..
I never expected a logistics organization of your stature will indulge in such wrong doing ..
Added insult none of your customer care nos are responding.
