Ekart Logistics — late delivery

Regarding late delivery,
Product dispatched to my nearest hub yesterday but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

Cant even Regisrer my complaint
Ekart logistics promised me to deliver my order on 27th august 2020 but a little while ago, i discovered that my order came to bangalore today.I don't know how many more days they will take to deliver my order to kannur (at home) . .

They keep it at bangalore for days and do Nit deliver. Or will move to your nearest point and will not deliver.

A very pathetic service by ekart near jora girija entally kolkata . O order something from Flipkart which was supposed to delivered on 26th of April but today is 30th April still I didn't get it I kept on calling Flipkart and ekart logistics but in Vail . Someone from ekart I got is number mr pralay he promised me that I will receive the parcel by 28 April but today is 30 April I am trying is number but he is not responding the parcel was so important for me but I cannot do anything to get it I visited there office they said a person has already been out with the parcel but I am receiving a message that is not being able to connect me where as I didn't get any call from them today . Totally pissed off by the service

My product reached my nearest hub 2 days back and still they r not delivering my product...I'm late for my online classes I don't have mobile so I ordered mobile they r delaying

I'm order mobile phone in Flipkart which was promising delivery date on 10th of May but not deliver the my order and today is 13th May still I didn't not get my item
Why you are delaying my order

This is probably my last order from Flipkart. Flipkart is a example of company why we should not trust indian companies. Amazon give 1000% much batter service then you guys.

I have called and talk to 2 different customer care guy in Flipkart. But none of them even know what is wrong with my delivery delay issue. They don't even know when or how many days exactly it would take to deliver my order.Seems like they just give my over 50k+ ordered delivery to someone or some authority (Ekart logistics) and they have literally not thing do with it. It's like Flipkart don't even give a F about my order anymore.

Very delayed service by Ekart Logisitics in Hubli. The shipment has reached nearest hub 2 days back and still there is no update on delivery. The promised delivery date was yesterday itself. Also there is no proper customer support provided. You do not get the contact number of the logistics until the shipment is marked out for delivery. Purchased a costly electronic item which is even more risky. pathetic service. If you raise a complain they take 4 days buffer time to get it resolved. My Shipment Id is FMPP[protected]
My package has arrived at my nearest delivery hub but not dileverd yet...

I had ordered a product on 20th May and today is the expected delivery date ie. 22nd May. One of the customer care executive told me that the product is in the nearest hub. My question is it has reached the nearest hub at 3:18 am. It means 12 hours have passed but still no update and no sign of delivery. If it's in the nearest hub then why can't Ecart send a delivery person and deliver it early rather than wait till 7 pm.

The product is lying in the hub of Entally and I stay in Entally. It should take hardly 10 mins to reach my address from the hub.

The tracking status shows that the product has been Received at ConnectIndiaEntallyODH_KOL

A very pathetic service by ekart. My products were supposed to be delivered on 10th August then that will process on 13th August and last night it was showing today content but still the products are not going out for delivery.
My product delivery promise date is initially 10/08/2022, it rescheduled to 12/08/2022 again it rescheduled to 12/08/2022, again it rescheduled to 19/08/2022 and finally flipkart people again promise date rescheduled to 22/08/2022. (flipkart people are rescheduled delivery date 5 times). till now ekart logistics delivery not attempted.

Bahut late service hai ekarts ki, ekarts hub k manager ko lagta hai ki items hub me rakhne se wo aapas me reproduction karenge aur khoob saare ande denge, phir wo ande bechkar ekarts hub ka manager Ameer ban jayega aur phir wo ye manager wali job chhod kar apna alag kaam dhanda karega, isliye ekarts Wale 4-4 din tak items apne hub me store karte hain, bharosewalo time pe delivery kyun nahi karte.
