I had an order scheduled to be delivered on 3rd of july 2023. Even got a message at 11am in the morning that it was out for delivery. They provided a contact number with protected pin. At 2pm, I called the del;ivery person to check the status of package. He replied rudely that it will be delivered by 6pm evening. I waited till 11 pm, but didnt receive the order. At 10:45pm, i got message that order was delivered.
This is not 1st time. Either they dont attempt the delivery or re attempt the next day. I waited paitently, checked with neighbours, tried calling to same number again but no use or response. And website too looks very strange. No contact number or email. But god's grace could finally connect through insta. But whats use? They keep on repeating same messages"we are on it" like 50 times.
I dont need repeat answers. I need hepl. Coz we order with so much happiness, these courier services just test our patience. especially delivery boys. I know they work in any weather but this is not the correct way. If they dont know the address, they need to call us or reattempt next day. I waited for 3 days and now writing. Now these courier service ppl are asking 10 more days to show proof of delivery but not telling where is that costly package. What if they delivered it to wrong place? what if they were misused? Should i check whole colony?
