Hi i am a seller
i have scheduled a pickup up for delivery of shipment by ekart with help of shiprocket panel . Which awb no
srtc[protected].
Which is not picked up by ekart. So i visited ekart office
asked office incharge nawab ( whose mobile no [protected])
why my shipment is not picked up by ekart, he started shouting on me, misbehaving with me, after all forgive his behaviour
and handover the shipment and asks for his contacted no, he gived me, after 1 day when the shipment didnt reaches to buyer, i called him, again he started to rude behaviour, and told me ( go and talk to company ). And cut the call.
And after all he updated false reason that your shpment wil not reach to buyer because delivery area is unservicable. Nor try to contact buyer even all 1 try.
After all when i raised issue in shiprocket panel to give
dc address so that buyer will self pickup the shipment.
I get the address and contact of delivery address, and when i called the no of office ( incharge nawab [protected] ), he neglacting the call to attend first of all,
after all buyer call nawab for shipment inquiry nawab said it is not the no of dc address of daltonganj, palamau, jharkand .
He lied the buyer that it is the no of lesligang palamau, jharkhand and cut the call.
And when i seller called him from different no he received call and told talked too much rudely and tell me ( go to hale ). Cut the call.
Is this the right way of talking to coustomers !
after all when buyer reached the dc address for self puickup they denied to give shipment to buyer.
What kind of this nature of employee you hired ekart company .
After all assuming this type of misbehaving with seller and buyer,
nobody never to scheduleing with ekart courier company.
We want ekart to right now instantly dismiss the ( ignorrant nawab )
so that ekart image will restore as soon as possible.
Or you can also investigate this awb no .The truth will come out.
