I am having the exact same problem with Ekart and am getting the same response from flipkart employees. They have misrouted my package to daruhera too and the order is being rescheduled to 3rd Nov from 27th Oct when it had reached my town on 25th itself. The flipkart customer service is useless. Its like they've lost the order, no one seems to know where it is. The Ekart tracking id: FMPP[protected] is still showing as dispatched from daruhera since 26th and no updates after that.

So my order was about to receive today but it has been misrouted. My tracker id is SRTP[protected]. Kindly re route it to original address please.
My order was going to receive on 21st August and then it got misrouted and again then it was going to get delivered on 24th August and today is 28th August. Still it is not delivered. Could you please help in delivering at my mentioned address it is very important. My tracker id is SRTP[protected].
