Ekart Logistics — My product is at the nearest hub but is not being delivered and it shoes unsuccessful attempt.

On 9th the first day i contacted the delivery agent when it was out for delivery he replied he would not deliver today but surely do it tomorrow, but after that the product has not been out for delivery once and shows its just sitting in the warehouse IdentifyplusBhagalpurSplitODH_BGP, today is 11th and still no delivery attempt has been made, flipkart has promised delivery before 13th. A delivery service sitting on a product does not sound very trustworthy does it!!
