My mother company flipkart has not take any step regarding this. I also called to my nearest hub Raghunathpur, Agent no 9641538739 & 6294051250 but they also not given valid response.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My order from Boat was marked as RTO without any intimation. I never got a call from any delivery guy, it's been 18 days since I placed my order and didn't receive it yet. Also I was not informed about the rejection too. When I checked the status today I got to know that it's rejected without any intimation or approval from my side.
This is very irresponsible behaviour.
I have ordered laptop and seller courierd it through ecart. We urgently need it. Firstly it showed expected date of delivery 15aug but now it is showing RTO rejected without any intimation. How can they reject it without talk to customer. It is totally irresponsible behavior Ecart. Other than this customer care no. are also not working.

I have ordered some item from Www.petzlifeworld.com. Seller shipped from Chennai through Ekart tracking no. SRTP[protected] on 5th Aug 2022. It has till date i.e., 16 Aug 2022, not reached its destination Chandigarh. In between at Ekart’s Ludhiana hub the tracking says “MARKED RTO:ORDER REJECT”. I don’t understand what it means. Surprised that even after 11days I haven’t received my order. What kind of courier service is this that takes so much time. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for delivery of my order at the earliest.
My order from WELLCURVE was serviced to ekart to get delivered, today its date of delivery it also had reached my nearest hub and its marked RTO without any information call or message . The item was prepaid and now i have a fear of not receiving my money back. There has no respone from wellcurve the delivery partner ekart. Please look into the matter . I want to receive my odered item . I guess it must be the negligence of ekart worker .
