Ekart Logistics — My return order has not been processed since 7 days.

I had ordered a product from Lime Road website which was delivered to me by Ekart logistics and later I had returned it on 11/11/25. Till now my order has not been picked up from the website even though I have received 3 messages for pickup from Ekart. I had talked to Ekart pickup man also and he said that I will pick up the order but the return order was not picked up and I got a message from Ekart saying sorry due to unavoidable events we could not pickup your return order. It went on like this for 7 days. Today I went to Ekart office myself to return it but they refused me and talked to me politely. I will complain against that office person and my return will be picked up as soon as possible.
