I had ordered a few dresses earlier, but they were never delivered. I placed the orders again, and now I’m only receiving “Delivery Failed” messages. No one came to my home, and no one called me before marking the delivery as failed.

He didn’t call me either. I called him yesterday to ask where my parcel was because only one parcel had been delivered. First, he said, “I forgot it. I’ll deliver it tomorrow.” Then he said, “I was on leave, so I canceled your order.” I don’t understand which reason is true. This keeps happening again and again, and I can’t understand how someone can be so careless and irresponsible.
