Ekart Logistics — Myntra Return item picked up by ekart but not returned to Myntra, no proper response from ekart office

Sir/Madam, I have returned Taavi Green & Yellow dress purchased from Myntra to ekart courier boy on[protected]. However, I have not received the refund till date. I have contacted the Myntra customer care and they replied that they have not received the product and hence cannot initiate refund. I have contacted the ekart office in Srikalahasti and No Proper Response is given. It is a serious insult for me, they don't even care that I lost Rs.1279, the dress as well as trouble of travel to the ekart office frequently. I have CC TV footage of the courier boy receiving item from me.
Hence, I request you to kindly pursue this matter and solve this issue at the earliest.

Updated by Bapanayya Chitikela Return picked up by ekart courier boy Vikram, Phone number: [protected]. He says, He packed the item and submitted in ekart office.
The office staff are not in a position to tell me the status of the pickup. They show sheer negligence in responding and considering the issue worthless though I have been contacting the office frequently.
I am writing this in a hope that higher officials of Ekart will resolve this issue at the earliest.
