Ekart Logistics — Not able to track order | |||
I've ordered an item from Flipkart on 21/08/2021 and it showed the last update on 23/08/2021. After that there is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that there is some issue with the tracking ID. I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution to it. I have ordered one product from Flipkart it has been shipped on 20th Feb and the Promised date was 25th of this month. I was unable to track the shipment with the tracking number FMPP[protected] and the product is still at same location there is no further update of movement can you please look into it and do the needful,

Same problem with me too. Also the Flipkart says it a technical problem and your order is safe with us and you will get the product at expected delivery date. Let hope so to receive the same soon
