Ekart Logistics — Not Delivering my order and kept on hold since 4 days

I have orderded Safari Suitcase on Flipkart at 12th June and it shuold be deleiverd on 19th (FMPP[protected])June to pincode 500033. Unfortunatley it rescheduled to 22nd june. I called logistics executives and asked about status. They said wait unill 22nd, But actually I have an emergency so asked them to faster delivery. Flipkart doesn't have faster delivery option, So kept calm. But, The thing is The order was reached to my nearest hub on 20th morning it self ElasticRunJublieehillsODH_HYD and kept on hold since that day. I have given shipping address as same point jubilee hills but no idea where is that ElasticRun Hub. EKart Logistics have no information why the product on hold and also that nearest hub deatils.Every day I am calling to EKART Logistics and they said we are esclaed the issue. since 4 days the order on same position my requests are in same position. I ma asking about the nearest hub address but due to security resons they are not going to share the details. The samething happend to with flipkart the order got cancelled it slef and revert my money back after waiting for the order long time. I dont want to happen the same thing for this order. Now they have no information about my safari order. But I hope this complint will help me.
