Ekart Logistics — Not picking my flipkart return product by Ekart

I have bought a product from Flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected]
As soon as I received it on October 31, I felt quality issues with the product. I immediately placed a return request on the same day.
On the pickup day, the delivery executive himself cancelled my return request without my consent. He kept on rescheduling the pickup date on every day until the last day and then cancels the request.
They also provide a contact number of the delivery person. However, no one will pick up the call. I raised 3 complaints with Flipkart customer service. But no one bothers to fix the issue so far.
This happened to me 3 times till date with the same product.
