Ekart Logistics — Order from Myntra with pre payment did not received

I ordered campus shoes from Myntra and EKart is supposed to be delivering that on 30th June. Now when i check the order status. in my Myntra account it shows delivered. The order was already paid. I did not provide the OTP to anyone and still the order got delivered. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I still don't know where my product is, EKart has word of the word customer support. You can't even reach out to anyone.
