I have ordered something from flipkart. Expected delivery date was december 5, 2019.
Courier service called me for delivery on december 4, 2019 but i couldn't pick up the call but i called back (At 2:30pm) after one hour of his last call. This time the delivery person didn't pick up my call. So i waited for next day (December 5, 2019) for his second delivery attempt but i didn't receive any call. I tried flipkart feedback option in my order page to ask for the courier company's contact number but couldn't get it. So then i called flipkart to resolve this issue. The flipkart representative asked me to wait until the next working day to receive my parcel. He assured me that i will receive my order on the next day. I talked to the representative at around 5:00pm on december 5, 2019. 6 hours later at around 12:30am on december 6, 2019 i received an email regarding the cancelation of my order. When i asked about the reason of cancellation the flipkart executive told me that it was the courier company i. E ekart logistics who cancelled my delivery and marked it as rto and the reason they have mentioned is "customer rejected the order". Which is a clear lie. Is it fair if the service provider lies and the customer has to pay the price. And is it fair if they get away with it after doing so. I can prove everything i have said. I have all the call recordings, screenshots and all. There must be some laws against these things. I'm expecting a solution here but if this is not the right place to bring this issue then i would like to know where i can resolve this matter legally.

One of our vendor shipped an item through this ekart logistics now its showing rto reject. Still no new updation on it so kindly make any progress in it

I ordered something from myntra and E kart was their delivery partner.The order was scheduled on 12th of September but they bring on 6th of September.they called me and rescheduled for 12th of September but still they didn't delivered the order and when i look my order status using tracking id in e kart they shown that RTO marked as the order Rejected.but i didn't received any messages regarding this.till now i was expecting for my order😔
My order on Flipkart not delivered yet even product is in nearest ekart hub for last 5days it's 9days already product is still there (Medchal hub Hyderabad) and one myntra order cancelled by the same logistic and the ### hub without my knowledge they not even make a CALL TO me and no updates about out for delivery. E kart should be ban as they're practicing lies and lies ### and ###, they don't even care about the CUSTOMERs or sellers. Even Parent company Flipkart is close their eyes and mouth on Ekart knowing about their ### work. I think Flipkart not even make a CALL TO this lier logistic team called Ekart.
Ekart is blame for not only CUSTOMERs suffering also for sellers too. Sellers should take stand against Ekart. Sellers may not bearing the loss but profit is not increasing I'm sure.

Hello Sir,

EKART has done injustice by providing no update on my product and without any intimation did an RTO midway and till date there is no update on Delivery. Even the customer support gives no solution.totally worthless service.Now they stopped replying .AWB SRTP[protected]. Please help
