I ordered a pair of Asics GEL-CUMULUS 26 Running Shoes for Men worth ₹5, 235 from Flipkart on 14th June 2025 (Order ID: OD[protected]. The package was shipped via Ekart Logistics (Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]).
On the day of delivery, I got no prior communication or ETA from Flipkart or Ekart. The delivery guy randomly called while we were out. As we always do with Amazon, I asked him to leave the parcel at the security guard’s office in our building.
When we returned, the parcel was nowhere to be found — not at the guard’s desk, not with neighbours, not at our door, and not with anyone in the area. The package has disappeared. This is not a delay — the delivery guy either dumped it or stole it.
I emailed Flipkart’s grievance officer and Ekart's support team and have received no useful response or action. I have demanded:
Details of the delivery person
Their contact information or for them to be contacted immediately
A full investigation
This is blatant negligence and possibly theft by Ekart’s delivery agent. I demand:
Full refund of ₹5235
An explanation from Flipkart and Ekart
Action taken against the delivery agent
