Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a call from ekart delivery agent on sunday (26th April) regarding a parcel I need to receive.
As it was sunday, the workplace was closed.
So, I have given the OTP to the delivery agent on phone and asked him to hand over the parcel to the college security.
But the parcel is not handed over to the security.
