Am writing to report a significant issue with my recent order from Globe Exhaust. On January 21, 2024, I placed an order for a "Minus Ring Headlight" valued at 2400 INR. The order was shipped through Kartrocket/Ekart Logistics to my address in Kerala.

On January 27th, I received a call from a delivery agent claiming to be from Ekart Logistics (+91 [protected]), informing me that my parcel was out for delivery and requesting an OTP over the phone, which I unfortunately provided. Later that day, I received an email stating that my parcel had been delivered, along with a computer-generated chat reply from WhatsApp.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Globe Exhaust and Ekart Logistics, I have not received any updates or replies from either party. Globe Exhaust informed me that it was an OTP-based shipment and that providing the OTP should have resulted in the delivery of the product, but unfortunately, I have not received anything.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to resolve this issue promptly. I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that I receive the product I ordered or a refund for the full amount paid.
