I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service regarding my recent order of the LORENZ MK-4071R Slim Case Analog Watch placed on October 18, 2024. My expected delivery date was October 23, but I still have not received the parcel due to repeated issues with the delivery process.

Initially, on October 23, the delivery person refused to deliver the package to my office address, even though my office is only 1 km away from my home. After cutting the call abruptly, he assured me the parcel would be delivered to my office the following day.

Today, another delivery person called and I informed him of the same office delivery request. He agreed, but soon after, I received a message that the parcel was undelivered. I contacted him again, but he ended the call while I was still speaking.

This lack of professionalism and miscommunication from your delivery team has caused unnecessary frustration and delay. I kindly request immediate action to ensure the parcel is delivered to my office address as soon as possible and to address the unprofessional behavior of the delivery personnel.

Please confirm when I can expect my parcel to be delivered and ensure that there are no further issues.

    So, I have raised the issue with you people multiple times on call and I haven't heard from you, please look into the above tracking number which is showing the item has been delivered. However, I didn't received the item and please know that I received a call from you people that the issue will be sorted despite passing few days I am unable to see anny resolution in this.
    Please resolve the issue at the earliest we checked CCTV in our PG we didn't find the package where it shopuld ybe as per the Delivery Boy details.

      Pretending as delivery person working in EKart logistics, asked for money to release refund of cancelled delivery item. After paying again asked for money to complete eKYC, which needs to be done. However, he never gave company account details, but shared a personal QR codes to get money. Asking for money multiple times, he never released funds and did the fraud for 8 transactions amounting to 9400 approx. I tried raising complaint with ekart and their customer care. But both services not available.

        Tracking number : srsp[protected] for the past 10 days, i have been receiving the same message every single day, stating that i will receive the product. Then, on the next day, i continue to receive notifications telling me that due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery has been delayed. This has been happening consistently for the past four days, where they keep postponing my delivery. What frustrates me even more is that nobody from the company is contacting me to provide any further details or assistance. It’s important to note that this is a medicine i am waiting for, and i would think that medicines should be delivered promptly and on a prioritized basis, especially during urgent situations. Shiprocket keeps sending me messages that they will deliver it as soon as possible, but each day, it feels like the delivery is just getting postponed and put off even more. I have been trying to reach out for support, but it seems there is no proper customer care number available, leaving me highly frustrated and disheartened by this whole experience.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          The above-mentioned item from Flipkart through Ekart Logistic with Tracking ID FMPN[protected] was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of October 2024. But the item was never delivered. On the website of Ekart Logistic and Flipkart the item shows delivered on 11th of October 2024 which is not true. When the tried to contact the Ekart Logistic delivery phone number which was provided in the SMS, it says the request is invalid.
          i would kindly request you to look into this matter.

              I am writing to raise concerns about the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of an Ekart delivery agent. The details of my order are as follows:

              Ekart Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]
              Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]
              Product: Motorola G45 5G (Brilliant Blue, 128 GB)

              The shipment arrived at the nearest hub (Peenya Hub, Bengaluru) on 7th October 2024 at 7:13 AM. However, no delivery attempt was made for two days. On 9th October 2024, I contacted Flipkart customer support and was informed that the delivery agent had forgotten to take my order. I was assured that the product would be out for delivery by 1 PM that day. Despite several follow-ups, the status was only updated to "Out for Delivery" at 5:20 PM.

              Complaint:

              After not receiving any update for several hours, I contacted the delivery agent at around 8:45 PM on 9th October. He informed me that he could not deliver the order due to technical issues and abruptly disconnected, promising that the delivery would be made by 7 AM the next day (10th October 2024). When I attempted to follow up, he did not answer my calls.

              On 10th October, after waiting until 7:55 AM without receiving the order, I contacted the agent again to ask about his earlier commitment. He responded dismissively and disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to reach him were ignored.

              I have attached the call recordings, converted from m4a to mp4 to comply with the permitted formats, for your reference.

                I ordered the Apple AirPods Pro 2 from Flipkart on the 3rd of October 2024, It was a gift for my mother's birthday. It was received in my city's hub on the 4th of October. It went out for Delivery on 6th October (Unnecessary delay) but no delivery person contacted me or any form of contact was made, no doorbells nothing. When I called the delivery executive, he said he did not have my parcel with him & said that Ekart Uttam Nagar (my nearest hub) might have "Backsheet" it or something like that. My order wasn't delivered at the end of the day and the status turned to "Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues". Next day, 7th of October, the whole day passed away and no updates were made. I somehow got the number of the TL (Team Leader) o[censored]ttam Nagar Hub Ekart named "Pawan Kumar" but when I called him he said "Don't disturb me, do not call me again for particular packets" and then blocked me. My product is still undelivered, could not give a smile to my mother on her birthday since my gift didn't reach me. Ekart ruined my expectations for her birthday.

                  I had ordered a Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid Men's Shoes and I got wrong model of shoes and I had shared the images and the claim got approved and since then multiple pickup have been created but my product is not yet picked up and whenever I call Myntra Customer Support Team, I just get only one reply again and again to wait, No action is taken against the logistics partner.                     I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Flipkart order [ekart Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]], which was scheduled to be delivered today, October 6, 2024.
                    The product was received at your Sonepat hub on October 4, 2024, and I was informed that delivery would take place today. However, when I contacted the assigned delivery executive, they initially informed me that the product would be delivered by 5 PM today. Later, they requested that I collect the laptop directly from the Sonepat hub, which is highly inconvenient for me.
                    Now, the delivery executive is not answering my calls, and I urgently need the laptop for office work tomorrow. Unfortunately, there will be no one available to receive the delivery tomorrow, and postponing it will cause significant disruption and mental stress.
                    I kindly request that the product be delivered to my address today, as promised, as I am unable to collect it from the hub and cannot accept a delay. Please treat this matter as urgent.

                        I ordered a camera from Flipkart and the model name of camera is Insta360 X3. I got it delivered by flipkart's delivery partner Ekart logistics. Flipkart has a policy of open box delivery where i can check for product damages and other things like this is the same product i ordered etc. The delivery agent called as Wish master opened the box and i verified the product. I gave him the OTP as per rules but after taking the OTP he mishandled the camera and dropped it while putting it in the box. Then he asked me to check for damages if there is any. As i was checking for damages he went away telling me that you can exchange the camera easily afterwards also. I came back in the house and noticed a scratch on the camera lens which as not visible in low light at the front door of my house. I immediately went outside to look for him, but he was gone. I then called flipkart to tell them the whole scenario and flipkarts representative told me that they cannot do anything as per the policies because i gave them the OTP. Please not that everything was fine when i was giving him the OTP. He dropped it after i gave him the OTP. He then went away as i was checking for the damages. Please help me in this situation as Flipkart is not helping me as this is a rare case.

                        I want a replacement of the same product and not looking for a refund in this case.

                          I placed an order in flikart .it was delivered by ekart delivery-boy
                          he asked me to pay RS.5180 and also i paid him .Later, I realized that it was a fraud and he cheated on me .

                                I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delay in the delivery of Woscher 878 Waterpro Washer with reference number FMPP[protected], which I placed with your company on September 09 2024. According to the initial estimated delivery date provided to me, I expected to receive my order by September 11.
                                However, as of today, I have not yet received the shipment, and the tracking information indicates that the delivery is significantly overdue. This delay has caused inconvenience, as I had made plans based on the expected delivery date.
                                I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of communication and transparency from your company regarding this delay is unacceptable. I have tried contacting your customer service department on multiple occasions, but I have not received any meaningful updates or explanations.
                                I kindly request that you investigate the reasons for this delay and provide me with a revised delivery date at your earliest convenience. I expect that your company takes immediate steps to rectify this situation and improve its communication with customers.

                                  I have ordered Men's 2 summer paints to Street fusion, but delivered wrong product actually very cheap product, this is COD & pay directly to E-cart representee. When i enquired then found the company is fraud. Also i want to find out the address of the seller through E-Cart tracking number, seller address is not mentioned.

                                  How E-cart accept courier without seller address???
                                  Why they have not shared all information along with tracking number. I request to please hold seller payment and refund same to me also how fraud company registered with E-cart .
                                  I complaint same with bank and going to raise with cyber team.

                                    I ordered 'Little Olive Tikes New Adjustable scooter' from Flipkart on 14th September 2024. order ID was OD[protected]. and the tracking Id was FMPP[protected] send by Ekart Logistics. A delivery person called me on 17th September 2024 and ask me the OTP to deliver my product (I am living in RGIPT Jais, Amethi campus. Here none of the outliving person is allowed to enter into the campus. So, all the delivery person takes the OTP on call and handover the parcel to the watchmen of gate no 2. and the entry is written in the record book.). But when I went to the Gate no. 2 to pick up my parcel I neither find my parcel and nor the entry. I also called on that number, but no one picked the call. Then after I raise a complain on Flipkart, but they say that this issue cannot be resolved by Flipkart.

                                    Note: * I didn't find any customer support service of Ekart Logistics for the complain.
                                    * I also have a call record. which I can't be attach here because of the format issue.

                                      My order got cancelled without any reason or issue. I didn't get any notification or message from company. When my order was shipped, I got whatsapp message from ekart to share location by tapping on + or location icon. But in that message there was no such icon or pop up was available.

                                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because I need my order (books) urgently. Hardly one week is left for exam.

                                        Ekart is the delivery service that comes under Flipkart. I ordered an item from them which was worth 410 rupees. Here are the details -

                                        Ekart Update : flymiles Suitcase cabin bag... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com will be delivered today before 11pm (call [protected], PIN 126).

                                        Yesterday morning the product was delivered but the delivery boy named Tushar collected 480 rupees from me instead of 410. Sharing the details below -

                                        Transaction Id - T2409100944147728718564 to his UPI - [protected]@axl

                                        I contacted the number that he called from but he did not pick up. I sent messages to his UPI id platform but he did not respond.

                                        Kindly look into this matter. Ekart has no good customer service. Please help.
