Ordered a product on myntra but got a different product.. Raised a return request the delivery agent came but didn't pick up since it didn't match the image on app.. Of course it wouldn't match because we received a wrong product... Then agin raised a return request he did the same.. He took the product the second time after many arguments but still hasn't updated that he received the product and i didn't get any refund.. But received a text msg saying pickup rejected due to product mismatch.. Now he has the product.. And i didn't get my money.. Pls help me out

    I ordered 3 mokobara bags from flipkart (cabin, checkin and checkin large)
    The checkin bag was defective. So Ekart guy misled me and said i have put the bag for replacement and took the bag. instead of triggering me the otp of cabin bag, he triggered me the otp of the bag that was being returned which is of higher price.
    Flipkart team is asking me to deal with ekart logistics. they are ready to help me since i gave the OTP. But in the OTP message there was no way to identify that the OTP was for which bag.

      Dear Team

      Recently I have received one parcel from Ekart logistics with tracking ID STOC[protected] from SHIFTO.

      My issue was I have ordered for baby toys which are buy one get one free but I have received salt for 799 Rs. (images attached) from sender or logistics.

      Even the sender haven't mentioned any details of his address or contact numbers.

      So, I would like to complain to the consumer code on sender and ekart logistics.

      Box images, sticker images, payment details and wrong product images attached for your reference.

      Note 1 : If I didn't get any reply on this within 24 hours means, I will directly complaint to consumer code on both logistics and sender.

      Note 2 : I have phone pe payment details with me, so I can track and find the fraudsters immediately.

        Respected sirI would like to register a complaint regarding one of your FRANCHISE in BELPAHAR, ODISHA under the pincode of 768218.Earlier this Franchise of your's was at JHARSUGUDA, ODISHA(768216) with great customer satisfaction and well behaved staff and most important On time delivery and pickups. But when the Office has been Transferred to BELPAHAR later on the good will of your company and brand value has decreased significantly. After the office change the office staff are very rude and unable to manage the deliveries in my area . Either bring back the Office to Jharsuguda as it was earlier or change the mgmt staffs and train them again. Otherwise your Brand value will be damaged soon.
        1- I have ordered a mobile from Flipkart for which the expected time of delivery was on 08.01.2024 but the mobile has reached Jharsuguda on 8th Jan '24 as per the order tracking page of flipkart, still then its ok if it is out for delivery on 8th Jan '24 and also shown " Your Order is out for delivery and will be delivered between 11pm today".
        2- I got a call from the delivery boy at 1:32pm today(08.01.24) but i was not available at that time so i asked to deliver the product between 6 pm to 6:30pm and also he agreed at that time. But around 7:30pm I tried to reach the delivery boy but he was unresponsive. So called the Ekart office of Belpahar and informed everything he was also too reluctant to help, still i got no resolution.
        3- Later at night I received a message " Order rejected: during the delivery time"and now the ORDERED IS CANCELLED and also OUT OF STOCK in Flipkart.
        Now tell me who is responsible for this ?
        Who is going to compensate me ? I required that product on time but due to unresponsiveness of your franchise staff and delivery boy it is now out of order.
        Just believe me you are going to pay for this.

            Order got rejected

            My order got rejected without my knowledge even delivery agent or company did not call me.

            I was not at home when the delivery was attemped and then the delivery agent rejected the order. When i tried to contact flipkart support, he said they will reattempt the delivery but then i got message saying the order is cancelled and the link to form to request reattempt of delivery does not work. Now i have order again and wait again instead of just getting it the other day.

              I have ordered Shoe Rack Through facebook advertisement and today on 07.01.2024 I have received the shipment vid Tracking ID STLC[protected]. There is no sales invoice attached in this product but the Invoice attached by Ekart Logistic so the Ekarat Logistics is responsible for this. So I request to you kindly return my Rs 1000/-which your representative has collected from me. If you are shipping the product without the address of supplier then you are the responsible for all fraud so please refund my money otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                Delivery boy took OTP at call and did not delivered the product. Order ID - OD[protected]. No customer support available neither any service center location. All the Phone numbers at the Website are wrong. They are making fraud everyday with the consumers. It is my request to you to take a strict action against them. All the affected consumers will be highly grateful to you.

                    I had ordered a combo pack of 2 mens cargo trousers for ₹899 from people style wear shopify. I got a text from ekart logistics via whatsapp . It was informed that it will be delivered on 6 january 2024 on saturday. But on 3 january wednesday the status was shown as order reject. It was neither cancelled by me nor they contacted me for anh delivery purpose. Why it is like this..we ordered and you are cancelling it simply??

                      Courier person was asking not to take product and was saying that this is third party item and you can get bad quality inside the product packaging. When I asked to him to show me the product, he denied that he can not deliver the item because the packet is not in his reach with in his bag. This guy roaming with my ordered product since 3 days and I got message again that item will be delivered on next day. This is worst experience for a end user. Please ask this person to do his job seriously. Thanks

                                I received a call from an Ekart delivery person only once on 27th December about the delivery of my package. He asked for my address/location despite sharing it on the WhatsApp on the message as well that i received from Ekart. Today, on 30th December, i check the status and it says "ORDER REJECTED". Did not get a call from anyone. How can i escalate this?

                                    I received a Parcel with an advice from Flipcart and delivering SMS from Ecart on 28.12.2023 at around 18.30 hours and paid Rs. 999.00 and got the package from the courier guy. after half an hour when i opened the package, i was the worst and the most ugliest cloths inside which are filthy and torn condition which i never booked at all. thinking that my wife / children booked it, it got its delivery. but when i referred the same to the address given on that, they replied through email that i have to complain to ECART only as they dont know anything about it. Now I am lodging a complaint with you dear, please resolve it and refund my amount which i paid to your ECART only through my google pay.

                                    As my phone does not recognise unknown [unsaved] calls, i started to get many strangers calling me but when i unblocked one number thinking that it might be from flipcart/ecart, he spoke me with a sorry Yesterday but he seems to be some scammer, who called me up [[protected]] according to him, he sent me an payment advice with Rs.2000.00 compensation plus 999.00 my price value and gave me a refund voucher's number RFC2000AZ and asked me to scan the Barcode which he sends. for my my / credit why should i scan his QR? and then i realised he is fraud and scolded him. THIS IS KALIYUG AND ONLY SUCH PEOPLE WILL SURVIVE AND SAIL EASILY FROM HERE, ROBBING INNOSCENT PEOPLE AS BOTH OUR LAW AND POLICE DOES NOT EITHER GUTS OR SPIKE. LESS IS BETTER TO TALK ABOUT OUR POLITICIANS AS 98% OF THEM ARE FRAUDS BY THEIR BIRTH / DNA

                                      Ekart is doing fraud. I requested for a return on 24 Dec . A guy came and picked up the package on 25 Dec at 12:19 pm ...he kept the product with him and did not update status on Myntra ..in Myntra it is showing as " product could not be picked up" even though he took the product ( I have him in my society CCTV footage also)
