Experienced in the name of your logistics company. On 08.01.2025, I received a request from an Ekart Logistics agent (via call no. [protected]) to pay the listed price for it, so he can cancel the order and process the billing so that I will be able to receive both the money (I paid) and the product (I ordered). However, upon talking to the agent, namely Sanjeev Kumar (Bandra) I was instructed to pay through QR code to an account named Pradeep Kumar (told to be the hub in-charge), which I did considering my concern for the orders. Now, the agent is repeatedly asking me for paying him the listed price which I did send to him but in return I was asked more and more money to receive the money I already paid. Now, this concerns me as I have paid a huge ammount of money to the account holder. So, I would request this department to look into the matter and make it a genuine concern as I need my money back without paying one single pennie further. I am escalating this issue and is requesting flipkart to look into the matter with genuine concern. I want my money back.
