I had ordered a Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid Men's Shoes and I got wrong model of shoes and I had shared the images and the claim got approved and since then multiple pickup have been created but my product is not yet picked up and whenever I call Myntra Customer Support Team, I just get only one reply again and again to wait, No action is taken against the logistics partner. I Need my refund for this order which is still pending. My Order ID # 1278624 [protected].

    Dear Ekart Team,
    I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Flipkart order [ekart Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]], which was scheduled to be delivered today, October 6, 2024.
    The product was received at your Sonepat hub on October 4, 2024, and I was informed that delivery would take place today. However, when I contacted the assigned delivery executive, they initially informed me that the product would be delivered by 5 PM today. Later, they requested that I collect the laptop directly from the Sonepat hub, which is highly inconvenient for me.
    Now, the delivery executive is not answering my calls, and I urgently need the laptop for office work tomorrow. Unfortunately, there will be no one available to receive the delivery tomorrow, and postponing it will cause significant disruption and mental stress.
    I kindly request that the product be delivered to my address today, as promised, as I am unable to collect it from the hub and cannot accept a delay. Please treat this matter as urgent.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delay in the delivery of my product. My shipment, tracking number [ FMPP[protected]], was expected to be delivered on 2nd Oct 2024, but as of today, 6/10/2024, I have not yet received my package.
      This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, as the item was time-sensitive and required immediate attention. Despite the tracking information indicating that the package reached your nearest hub on [Date : 3/10/2024], the delivery has still not been made.
      I kindly request you to expedite the delivery process and provide me with an explanation for this delay. Additionally, I would appreciate being informed about any compensation or measures your company will take to prevent such issues in the future.

        Misconduct by delivery executive

        I ordered a camera from Flipkart and the model name of camera is Insta360 X3. I got it delivered by flipkart's delivery partner Ekart logistics. Flipkart has a policy of open box delivery where i can check for product damages and other things like this is the same product i ordered etc. The delivery agent called as Wish master opened the box and i verified the product. I gave him the OTP as per rules but after taking the OTP he mishandled...

        Payment Fraud

        I placed an order in flikart .it was delivered by ekart delivery-boy
        he asked me to pay RS.5180 and also i paid him .Later, I realized that it was a fraud and he cheated on me .
        I have Transaction proof also Please resolve my issue

        I had ordered a product from Myntra with tracking ID MYSC[protected]. The delivery boy from Ekart Logistic came to our campus gate for delivering the product. When he was requested to come to the room inside the campus, which was nearly 500mtr away from the main gate of the campus, he refused to do so and asked to come to the gate.

          Ekart company employee bad behavior

          I have purchase mobile from Flipkart but my mobile not Delivery at a time EKART logistic employee has very bad behavior because of that i suffering emotionally and mentally problem. Flipkart customer care also 100% RESPOSBILE, they did not help and just ignore issue and i call 3 to 4 time to Flipkart team but did not help.
          i need justice from your side i hope Indian consumer help me at urgent basis...

          Wrong product delivery(tracking id-TPXC5000246504

          I have ordered Men's 2 summer paints to Street fusion, but delivered wrong product actually very cheap product, this is COD & pay directly to E-cart representee. When i enquired then found the company is fraud. Also i want to find out the address of the seller through E-Cart tracking number, seller address is not mentioned.

          How E-cart accept courier without seller address???
          Why they have not shared all information along...

          I ordered 'Little Olive Tikes New Adjustable scooter' from Flipkart on 14th September 2024. order ID was OD[protected]. and the tracking Id was FMPP[protected] send by Ekart Logistics. A delivery person called me on 17th September 2024 and ask me the OTP to deliver my product (I am living in RGIPT Jais, Amethi campus. Here none of the outliving person is allowed to enter into the campus. So, all the delivery person takes the OTP on call and handover the parcel to the watchmen of gate no 2. and the entry is written in the record book.). But when I went to the Gate no. 2 to pick up my parcel I neither find my parcel and nor the entry. I also called on that number, but no one picked the call. Then after I raise a complain on Flipkart, but they say that this issue cannot be resolved by Flipkart.

          Note: * I didn't find any customer support service of Ekart Logistics for the complain.
          * I also have a call record. which I can't be attach here because of the format issue.

            My order got cancelled without any reason or issue. I didn't get any notification or message from company. When my order was shipped, I got whatsapp message from ekart to share location by tapping on + or location icon. But in that message there was no such icon or pop up was available.

            Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because I need my order (books) urgently. Hardly one week is left for exam....

            Extra money charged on delivery

            Ekart is the delivery service that comes under Flipkart. I ordered an item from them which was worth 410 rupees. Here are the details -

            Ekart Update : flymiles Suitcase cabin bag... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com will be delivered today before 11pm (call [protected], PIN 126).

            Yesterday morning the product was delivered but the delivery boy named Tushar collected 480 rupees from me instead...

            Unauthorized COD delivery

            Received a delivery with COD Rs 599 through ekart on 11 September. I had never placed such an order, and there are no mechanisms for return and refund. The delivery package had my name and address, and I had also received an sms titled ekart update. Details mentioned in the sms : tracking id: SHBC[protected].
            MY PERSONAL DETAILS HAVE BEEN USED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION and to conduct an illegal delivery. Please take the necessary actions...

              Flipkart Order Number : OD[protected]
              Ekart Tracking number : FMPP[protected]

              The shipment has reached at the hub nearest to my address on 28th July. Since then it has been roaming in and out of the Ekart facilities every day and the delivery has been delayed.

              Why do they mention "Product will be delivered in next XX days" when they cannot ??

              1st promised delivery date : 28th Aug (Not delivered)
              2nd promised delivery date : 31st Aug (Not delivered)
              3rd promised delivery date : 1st Sep (Not delivered)

              As per tracking info, the shipment has been going to and between ''Pune Sort Facility" and "IdentifyPlusPirangutODH_PIR" multiple times for no reason !!

              No any moment, from 29th Aug 2024

                      i have ordered a baby feeding high chair from myntra

                      already my order once got cancelled by logistics teams without saying any reason, i waited for a week and then got cancelled
                      and now logistics sent me message yesterday saying delivery will be done at 11pm and today it said i was not there to pickup and again got re scheduled for today delivery again at 11pm
                      i have made full payment as well already and this is kid product and i need this urgently and i feel i got into some logistics scam
