I got a call first from ekart delivery guy asking for address and after I confirmed it I got a message saying my order is our for delivery.
Then after few hours i got another message saying delivery failed and same thing happened the next day.
I registered a complaint through Myntra(where I bought my product from) and after that I got another call from delivery guy reconfirming my address and he asked for my registered mobile...

Few days back, i got a message from ekart logistics in WhatsApp regarding an order, I placed is on the way, track your shipment, with my name and address. But I had never placed such an order and I was thinking someone who was very close to me ordered something for me. I was eagerly waiting for such a clothing . I have ordered clothes from Myntra and today mail received as it is delivered and I dnt receive any parcel, so on immediate basis I am raising this complaint . The Ekart person was very rude when asked for the matter and now the phone is not available.

The product I ordered on flipkart wasn't delivered. The delivery guy had asked for otp in a hurry without confirmation, he cheated and stole my product....

Delivered date 04 dec product also rec'd hub & delivered person hand.

Last two days morethan 4 days I am directly going hub..

But service person not ready to give product also talking bad manner worst behaviour

Never suggest any person to this courier service very bad experience worst team management...

I had ordered a mobile phone through Flipkart with exchange of Poco M2 mobile. Due to product quality, exchange price was reduced and hence we cancelled exchange and kept the new product and paid the differential price.

Delievery guy just confused us and smartly he took away the old device and now he is not picking up the call. We have tried calling him multiple times (atleast 50-60 times but he is not picking up the call)...

I received a Cash On Delivery parcel on 2 December, 2023, and it had nothing but a torn cloth inside. It was supposed to be a replacement order but my sister was not aware, and she paid the requested amount (Rs. 992). The parcel had the Flipkart order ID but in the app it shows that the parcel is still in transit. I've already raised this to Flipkart and they have escalated further. But this needs to be investigated strictly....

My order was supposed to be delivered on 1st December and the delivery person was contacted on the same day but no delivery. Then on the second day of December the same experience happened. The delivery person was called this morning on the 3rd of December but has not been delivered yet.

Despite of having call with delivery representative and informed the delivery address the goods in tracking PFYP[protected] has not delivered and as well reached to logistics warehouse (Instacart) in Pragathi Nagar but ended up with no delivery.
