I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company regarding the non-delivery of my order. On [date], I placed an order for [product/service] with order number [order number]. Despite the promised delivery date passing, I have yet to receive my order.

I have made several attempts to contact your customer service department through phone calls and emails, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance regarding the status of my order. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased item is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

As a loyal customer, I expect prompt and reliable service, which unfortunately has not been provided in this instance. I would appreciate it if you could urgently investigate the matter and provide me with a satisfactory resolution, whether that be delivering the order promptly or issuing a refund.

I hope to receive a swift response and resolution to this matter to restore my confidence in your company's service.

Respected sir, with due respect my parcel with FMPP[protected] has not been delivered yet but In the Flipkart app it is shown that my parcel is delivered. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

WE have ordered a product through Flipkart which has been deliveved via EKART with AWB no: FMPP[protected], where teh delivery agent physically adn verbal misbhaved with our lady staff.

Yesterday I received my 2 parcel from Flipkart & shopsy. Order amount 582Rs I give 702Rs. Balance amount 120Rs but he give only 100Rs. Delivery Person Number -- [protected]... Do the needful

My order status each day coming out for delivery and then by evening it shows your delivery is expected by tomorrow. its been 6 days since its happening.

On 26 Feb 2024, I received an old, dirty, and crumpled piece of apparel that I've never ordered. Delivered by eKart and INR 299 cash collected on delivery by eKart delivery person. By using eKart Tracking ID: TRSC[protected], I see that this product has been shipped by Trendystyles, Delhi.

Today, on 27 Feb 2024, I received a call from Rahul from Trendystyles, Delhi. His mobile number is: +[protected]. He asked me to download an app to proceed the refund, which is appeared fraudulent and rejected it.

eKart Logistics, please refund my money and take back the dirty piece of apparel that i've never ordered.

I got the parcel from ekart and same delivery comes with the parcel and its was wrong item or flipkart is selling people details to do scam i don't know its with the flipkart or the couriers service did the scam but i want my refund and take the product back.

Recived a message on WhatsApp and service message with Tracking id number TRSC[protected] ekart delivery men made a call for receiving a parcel on cod so i went to pickup the parcel but seeing at a price i was bit confused whether this parcel maybe order by my friend behalf of my name and address so i made cod of 299rs and picked up the parcel but went i opened the parcel i was really amazed to see a damage used product a kurta top with crushed colour fade and threads are all out i was really helpless when I contacted the delivery men he told I wouldn’t help you out and now i am not able to return the product so i request you to please look it this problem abd refund my money back ..or Track and mention who ordered this and how can return this product.

Received a product from trendy styles on 26/02/2024 which was not ordered. since i was not available at my address i was not able to collect it personally to verify. the person who called me at 11:53 also did not mention that it was cash on delivery. he collected rs 299 from a store person where i had told him to hand it over. the product in that package was a dirty worn dress and a kids dirty salwar. the call was made from ekart delivery bangalore jio number [protected]. i need ekart logistics to take away this filthy package and return my cash of 299 rs and also want to know how my address and phone number is leaked out. need compensation for giving out my information.

On 22.02.2024, I placed an order through Flipkart for the product spin cart 3 in 1 Screen Cleaning Set for PC, Laptops, Monitors, Mobiles, LCD, LED and despite the confirmation of the order the delivery was not made with the stipulated time frame. He had attempted to make a call and once i had picked it up he keeps quiet to prove his side. Furthermore the behavior of the delivery executive is completely unacceptable. Not only he was rude and disrespectful in his language he has also asked me to collect the product from the hub and he wont deliver the product for me.
communication through google pay, but he also used harsh language which is highly unacceptable and uncalled for. such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also creates a negative experience for customers like myself. his google pay number through which he had sent inappropriate messages is [protected]. It is imperative that action be taken to address this matter, or else i would have to expose the messages he had sent on social media which would affect your reputation also.
i trust that you will take this matter seriously and do the necessary
as soon as possible

Dear Team,

I received a fake COD order of ₹299 from a merchant named Trendystyle yesterday 25th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics. I never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got my personal information to make that fake shipment. Need resolution ASAP.Please refund my money.

Product was delivered with COD which we didnt order. The product was from Trendystyles. Elderly people paid the amount as they were unaware of it. Tracking id: TRSC[protected]

Dear Concerns,

This is to inform, We've received a fake COD order of ₹299 from a merchant named Trendystyle on 26th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics.
We've never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got our personal information
to make that fake shipment. We've accepted it in a state of mind that this my be the genuine order we book but got to know the rality...

I had ordered a product from Myntra but I had recieved different product. After that I had raised a request for return which was picked up by delivery agent, but he had submitted fake response that he had not picked up the product. He also misbehaves with me and many other peoples and sometimes he also abuses. So, I am requesting to please change the delivery partner for that area or just fired him, if possible. I don't know his name.
