[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Product not delivered but received message as delivered

I have placed an order with Myntra on 23rd November 2021. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 02. 12.2021 I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.
After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages saying, We tried to reach you but couldn't reach your number. They have provided a phone number along with 3 digit pin number to contact their delivery agent.
As soon as I saw the message around 1 pm I called the number and got connected to the delivery agent. I told him the way to reach my place.
He said he is near to my area so he will come.
I waited for him for an hour but he didn't turn up. But around 2.29 pm I got another message from VK-EKARTL saying your product has been delivered by sabeer TV
But I haven't received my product. Nor the delivery agent called.
After the message, I tried on the previously contacted number([protected]/[protected] Pin :101 ) but it didn't get connected

It was a paid order and I really don't know what to do.
It's really not good to make your customers suffer like this .

I received my product today (04.12.2021). So I don't want to proceed with the complaint. On the basis of human consideration, I am withdrawing the complaint. The mistake was not completely from the side of the delivery agent. The product was collected by another family thinking that is their product. So I don't want to put the blame on the delivery agent. The family who had collected the product should have read the name to whom the courier is addressed before collecting it. The delivery agent was responsible enough to get me my product back. As soon as the delivery agent came to know the issue he immediately corrected his mistake. So I am grateful that I received my product back. Thank you Shabeer for your genuine responsible approach

My order ID WSPC[protected] was not delivered product is defrant so cancle my order and return & Refund my amount
My order was to be delivered 3 days ago. I was not available on the date of delivery so I called the delivery partner and asked him to deliver it the next day. I received a message saying the item is delivered but I haven't received anything! Now I have no option to get in contact with them! It's a prepaid order! This is so lame that a delivery service doesn't have any option for customer care!!! Will I ever receive my order!!?
I have ordered fastag on 13 dec 2022 from paytm money has been deducted from my account and while I am tracking my order that is showing order is delivered to me but i couldn't get the order. Worst service I am very disappointed. Order id is PTMP [protected]
I have placed an order with beautify yourself on 10th December 2022. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 28. 12.2022 I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.
At 9:43 I got another message from VK-EKARTL saying your product has been delivered.
But I haven't received my product. Nor the delivery agent called.
I was a paid order...now what should I do nor I have received my order or I don't have number to contact the delivery agent...resolve this as soon as possible

I am Praddhumn . My order was expected to be delivered on 24 may 2023 . When delivery guy called me at 10AM, at that time i was attending my exam in college. So i didn't receive my order.
after my exam was over, at 12:30PM i called that Delivery guy and talked to him, he promised to deliver my order at 4:00PM near bala ji medical store, Dundaheda, VijayNagar, Ghaziabad. I called him at 4:00 pm but he didn't receive my call.
I have not received my order but i got the mail and message of Order Delivered. I have been calling him but no response.
So please help me out to get my order to me.

I have ordered a dress from Myntra having Ekart transaction ID as MYNP[protected]
The product status says it is delivered to me on 8th June but I have not received it yet.Kindly let me know what the issue is and if it's going to get delayed even more.

Dude I got the exact same like yours, the application on myntra status shows it had been delivered on 8 June, however I never had received any call from the delivery agent. Message just pop up stating my the order got delivered. I've raised a complaint on myntra regarding this issue, now I'm hoping and looking forward for a positive response.
