Ekart Logistics — Product not delivered but showing delivered in the app

I have placed an order with Myntra on 09 October 2023. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 04 October 2023. I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.

The delivery executable called me around 20:00 but I was unable to receive the call. Around 22:00, I got an mail from Myntra, notifying me that the product was delivered.
After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages saying, We tried to reach you but couldn't reach your number. After the message, I tried on the previously contacted number([protected]/[protected] Pin :101 ) but it didn't get connected

It was a paid order and I really don't know what to do.
