I have ordered a Product on 4th November 2023, and the same day it reached the Nearest HUB. On 5th November, at 3:30PM I receive an update for 'Out for Delivery' from the app as well as SMS. At 7:00PM I tried reaching out to the delivery agent and he did not pick up my call. Later that night at 11:00PM I receive SMS from Flipkart, that my product will be delivered on 6th November.
I also checked Ekart's website, it also informed the same. On 6th Nov I HAVE not received any call or SMS from Ekart/Flipkart neither I can call on the same number provided over the (out of delivery) message.
In Flipkart's website it still Shows 'Out for Delivery' and on Ekart's website it show's Delivery date of 6th November. Today's date is 12th Nov still no update from them.
Over the tracking site - the status has not been even updated for the past 6 days.

Please look into this matter ASAP.
