          I have order Thomson 8 series tv on Flipkart on 20th oct they promise me delivery on 30th Oct but till date, Flipkart Ekart did not deliver it. I am waiting for a long time I have complaint a queries to Flipkart customer service but no use. I am very angery because the delivery boy call yesterday tomorrow delivery the tv 8.30but still time not delivery.

            I've received a message from Ekart about an order then the delivery man called me regarding the order when I asked him to open the parcel before paying he didn't let me before paying. when I opened the parcel later it was just a empty bottle of body wash and some garbage. I want my 899 rs back

              I order t shirt from myntra I'll return it. One of the delivery boy come and collect the parcel and not updated yet it's been a week and it's not updated yet. And was not also credited yet. They don't update their phone number on internet and delivery boy was not also receiving call.

                My order was delivered on Saturday(28/10/2023) via OTP( orderid:OD[protected]
                I was unavailable on that to collect my order, the delivery guy said he gave my order in my PG. But today (2/11/2023) when I came to collect it my PG people said no such order came in.

                  Bubble Gun received instead of Heated Neck Shoulder Massager

                  I had ordered a neck and shoulder massager on COD. Today i received a message from ekart that is out for delivery with tracking ID NMBC[protected]. I paid 999 to the delivery guy as he was not allowing me to see the product before paying. After I paid, when I opened the product it was a bubble gun. There is no number mentioned in the package. This is fraud by Ekart. They dont take responsibility, neither seller name nor contact was there....

                    Order Placed on PayTm and shipment was expected to be delivered on 22nd October 2023.

                    The same has not been delivered till 1st November 2023 and the tracking status says "Received at Hosur Hub" as on 19th October 2023

                    There is no contact details available for Ekart Logistics. Issue was raised with PayTm app and there is no further update yet and their chat bot is saying technical error if we try to followup on the issue.

                      The product that I have ordered has to be delivered on 24th October 2023 but still not delivered. They even dispatched for out of delivery but after few minutes I have received a message stating that unable delivered the product due to operating issue. Even 1 week passed but the product not yet delivered. Product ID: FMPP[protected]

                        Hello there, I supposed to get the package from IshaLife by eKart Logistics by 27th /28th Oct. We havent received package and after multiple attempts, got some one called u to get location sharing via whatsapp. But no one came and parcel is nt delivered yet!! I am leaving to diff coutry in a day and this has been such a huge head ache right before the journey. Can this pls be immediately delivered? Thanks!

                          I had order Dressberry nude-coloured, pump toe heels from myntra which was delivered to me by ekart delivery agent on 22nd October, 2023. I received defective item (discoloured sole, used item). Moreover, the shoe was oversized. So, i instantly applied for exchange on the very same day, 22nd October, 2023. The exchange was supposed to get delivered to me on 30th October, 2023. The delivery agent came, but didn't deliver, citing that the shoes' quality wasn't upto the mark (which is obvious because i received used item at the very first place). I raised a concern on myntra customer care, and my exchange of the defective item was approved today, afternoon. Another delivery agent came to deliver today, but did the same thing, didn't deliver my exchange, created rukus by saying the same thing that they won't accept a used product, whereas, Myntra themselves approved my exchange of defective product after verifying the pictures i was asked to upload. Ekart delivery agents are creating unnecessary problems, not delivering my product and lying that i rescheduled the delivery and that i was unavailable, which is totally false claims. I want my exchange. When Myntra doesn't have any problems, who the hell these delivery agents are to deny me my products. Product ID MYSP[protected].

                                    I return my product through the flipkart, Your pick boy pick the product and he didn't check properly and went after 2hrs he called told your return product not matched he cut the call after some I got a message Your pick up product is unsuccessful I didn't recive refund also.
