Hi,

I've been receiving suspicious calls since 3 days asking for parcel delivery even though the parcel is not mine.

The other person claims that the parcel belongs to him and says that he gave my number mistakenly in his order.
Actually his and my number differ by only single digit.

He insists to share OTP so that he can collect his parcel.

I'm sure there is a fraud going on. Please look into it.

    My order door delivery was denied by the delivery agent on 23-oct 2023, and asked for the pickup from a specific location by giving the reason 'no vehicle available'. Since I couldn't do that, I politely requested him to deliver my order whenever is possible. But the agent took revenge and denied delivering more than 10 products. I raised multiple complaints and got assurance from Myntra for order delivery, but Myntra started canceling my orders. I am undergoing lot of mental agony because of ecart and myntra

        ID -MYSP[protected] Myntra package
        Delivery agent delivered to the wrong house.

        Very bad and harassing experience.please train your agents to read the house number or and name in the delivery package whether they are delivering it to the correct recipient or not.

        When the receiver is available at house . The agent must call and intimidate and deliver to the right person and not just giving it to any other person instead.

        Fortunately. I received it from my neighbour.however this is not accepted.

          Highly disappointed with the delivery experience of ekart logistics with ID MYSP[protected]. The delivery agent is irresponsible as he is not even bothered to call the receiver/inform or verify whether he is delivering to the correct address or not. The agent delivered to the wrong house number and not even bothered to pick the call. Very harassing. So I request to take action against the agent so that he is careful enough to understand whether he is delivering to the correct person or not.

            Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Undelivered Package Marked as Delivered

            I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding an undelivered package that was marked as delivered. On [date of supposed delivery], a shipment with the tracking number [tracking number] was allegedly delivered according to your records. However, I can confirm that I did not receive the said package.

            The details of the undelivered package are as follows:
            - Tracking Number: FMPP[protected]
            - Delivered Date: 4 July 2023
            - Contents: SuitCase and Dress
            - Registered Phone number: [protected]

            Despite the tracking information indicating delivery, I have not received the package in question. This has caused immense inconvenience and dissatisfaction. As it has been over three months since the stated delivery date, the lack of resolution or investigation into this matter is deeply concerning.

            I have taken the liberty of reaching out to your customer service multiple times in an attempt to rectify this issue. However, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. Therefore, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter through a formal complaint.

              I had ordered one produCt from Flipkart. WHEN I CREATE THE RETURN IN COMPANY I had got this message on Thursday I.E ON 26 OCTOBER 2023

              Out for Pickup: Sigri-wala Cute ISI Certifi... will be picked before 9pm today by Ekart delivery executive (call [protected], PIN 157). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

              The delivery agent gave me a miss call at 8.47 pm. Then I call him and he said if you want to give order then come. Then I went to his location and gave him my order at 9 pm on the same day. Then at 10.26 pm i received the message

              Pickup Rejected (product mis-matched): Pickup of Sigri-wala Cute ISI Certifi... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been rejected. Contact flipkart.com CS for further assistance. Click to give feedback: http://fkrt.it/ZCitdeuuuN Ekart.

              At 10.26 I was in my office premises.
              Now when I tried to call back on same number then my call was not going on the number [protected].

              I am going to lodge FIR against your company. It was your company's agent who picked the order from me. After picking the order he denied. It is your company's responsibility to send reliable agents to pick the orders. No police verifications is done by your company, and that's the reason your pickup agents are denying like this.

              I have all of the vedio recordings of the pickup.

              I have already shared you my tracking I'd. Which was FMPR[protected].
              I HAVE ALSO SHARED YOU THE NUMBER ALONGWITH PIN TO TRACK THE PERSON WHO PICKED THIS ORDER FROM ME.

              KINDLY ESCALATE THE ISSUE. AND PROVIDE ME RESOLUTION.
              IF YOUR COMPANY FAILED TO PROVIDE ME RESOLUTION THEN ILL LODGE CASE OF HARRASMENT UNDER CONSTITUTION ACT AND ALSO LODGE 420 CASE AGAINST YOU.

                I want to complaint about a delivery agent...his accent was so rude and moreover he didn't find the address although i had mentioned the correct address..rude and worst behaviour guy I don't want to talk to delivered guys like them in future he called me from no. +[protected] expecting a positive response from you guys.

                  I want to share online the wrong product delivered fraud case with you.
                  I ordered "SPHERE3000™-COLD PRESS JUICER" from https://etisy.in/, and this product was sent from (Merchant: SHIFTO) as per the courier partner company Ekart. The product tracking number is "STOC[protected]".
                  Ekart team wrongly delivered the product. Please refund my COD amount, which is 1599/- ONLY.
                  If this platform helps me to refund my money it will be very helpful for me.

                  Ekart Linkedin Page Fraud Case Details:-
                  If any customer needs support on their LinkedIn page, the Ekart team just makes a fool of customers and copies and pastes the same scripts on comment replies for all customer comments. customer never receives any call or email from their side. After 2 weeks, Ekart Logistics disabled customers' replies and comments from their posts.

                      I ordered apple iphone 12 on 7th oct and today 28 oct its still not being delivered even though it has reached the hub nearest to me, ive been very patient till now but i need my order urgently there are no updates or any signs of progress this is very disappointing

                      They themselves make fake pages on Instagram or Facebook and get orders.
                      On delivery they collect payments nd do not return money to customer as cash money is in there hand .

                      M going to complain about this to Flipkart and consumer court. Pls dont use this service provider

                        Hi ordered adidas shoes during flipkart big billion sale. Order is not delivered but it is showing delivered. Courier partner and delivery boy stole it. They never called. I didn't received any call from delivery boy and otp. My tracking number is FMPP[protected]

                            I have ordered a product in flipkart. They have fixed the delivery date on 26/10/2023 via ekart delivery agency. But the ekart agency didn't deliver the product on time. They have postponed the delivery date to 27/10/2023 without my concern. Eventhough they have postponed the delivery date, they don't deliver the product on that day too. Such a worst experience I've been facing with this ekart agency.

                                I have ordered a Laptop from Flipkart and it would be delivered to me on 13th Oct 2023. But it is still not delivered to me as of date. I have already raised so many complaints and escalated issue as well, but not getting any resolution yet.
                                I have already paid the big amount on this product. It is showing out for delivery from last 20 days but not getting the reason for the delay of it. I called so many times to the ekart agents received the number on my text but they are not answering to my calls.
                                Its very unprofessional as they are not telling the valid reason for this behaviour .

                                Request you to please look into it and give me some valid reason if any.

                                  I have ordered the Lenovo laptop from Flipkart, it would be delivered on 13th Oct 2023. I got call from Logistics delivery agent that he will be delivering this to the same date, but from then I am following with Flipkart and ekart customer care that my product is still not delivered yet. Not even Ekart agents answering the calls.
                                  I already escalated this issue to Flipkart still my issue is unresolved. Not sure what is the exact problem for delivery, it is always showing out for delivery but still not receiving it. I am fed up with this, raised so many complaints but still not get any resolution.
                                  Request you to take this on priority, already paid a big amount on this product.

                                    I received WRONG product on 14.10.2023 against my order (no. 14589 from Style Spectrum) of two Women's Cargo paint. I have paid Rs.899 in CASH but when I opened the packet I was disappointed to see an old jeans pant. I contacted the delivery boy but he told that he has updated the delivery but I didn’t received any confirmation neither regarding delivery nor payment till date due to which I am unable to process return/refund. The delivery boy is not picking the phone. Kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                      I ordered a product on Flipkart on October 15th and delivery process through E-kart, and the customer promise date was 24th October and that day, Flipkart apologized for delay delivery for 2 days, and changed my delivery date as 26th October, today's date 27th till now No update and delivery of my product on Flipkart.
