[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Product Stuck on "Out of delivery "Unsuccessful/Undelivered for 5 days", | |
I ordered a Product on 7th Of October, It reached nearest Hub on 9th, On 11th Delivery person, assured me that he is going to deliver the product that day itself, after not receiving the delivery I called him around 8:20 Pm and the Delivery person told me his car broke down and can't deliver the product asked him to deliver on 12 at the earliest, he again assured me. On 12th I HAVE not received any call from Ekart neither I can call on the same number provided over the (out of delivery) message. Over the tracking site - the status has not been even updated for the past 4 days. Please look into this matter ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Somehow, they delivered yesterday after waiting 5 Consecutive days.
