Ekart Logistics — Product undelivered crossed TAT

I had ordered the product from Flipkart and it was dispatched from vendor and having Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected], at 1st attempt its wasn't delivered on time i.e. on 15th April 2026 Wednesday, even today's delivery is unconfirmed as it yet to out of delivery.
Could you deliver this today 16th April 2026 before 6 pm?
