Ekart Logistics — Quality of materials very old and in bad condition

I had purchased 3 shirts as per the advertisement on Google.

3 shirts pkt received today. The Ekart Courier Boy forced me to pay the cash (COD) as I had opened the parcel. Without opening how do I know what is the condition of the shirts. (cheated by packing old shirts).
Therefore I humbly request to inform EKart not to make payment of this delivery or stop payment.
