It is a matter of grievance and utmost shame as well for being scammed by the renowned Ekart Logistics team and services.
I have received an order of a product (Bee Venom Joint Pain Relief) worth Rs 500. Whereas this product has not been ordered by me through any app or online website. It was attempted to deliver today (18 Dec, 2024) by ekart logistics personnel, the packaging was done very nicely. I asked for an open box delivery and the fellow denied that they can’t give an open box delivery and as per them there’s no return policy for the product. The delivery person asked to make the payment and then to open it. After thinking a couple of times and keeping in mind it can be a scam, I denied receiving the order and making the payment. The ekart personnel named Vishal mentioned that I will have to make the payment and he would be again coming tomorrow to deliver the product.
It is strange that a company like ekart logistics is not looking into such matters inspite of having so many issues similar to this one mentioned on consumer forums and ekart website.
Please make sure to take legal action and I wouldn’t hesitate to drag the matter to the consumer forum further. Was this information helpful? |
