Dear team, I've been receiving an unordered parcel which is COD in nature and the delivery partner is asking for payment. Once I deny the order in person, I'm getting rejection message and codes from Ekart and constant calls from the delivery person. Kindly look into the matter and stop harassing if the customer is rejecting the parcel. Also, the delivery has been reattempted 3 times in 2 days after rejecting and the delivery person keeps asking for money. Tracking ID - SHOC[protected]. PFA +5 photos Was this information helpful?
