Ekart Logistics — reference to change my feedback regarding the undelivered order

Yesterday my courier arrived at home and due my maid's carelessness it was returned back. The courier person who came with order made no mistake but rather unknowingly i gave in feedback tht my courier didnt arrive.
The reason is i was not available at home.

Sir while giving the feedback by mistouch a wrong feedback is given by my side to the delivery boy. And there is no option to change the feedback. The shipment id is FMPP[protected]. The delivery boy's behaviour was very good and he was so polite. I'm feeling very guilt for that. Extremely sorry.

Yesterday i had given a wrong review about delivery status. The Delivery agent PRAVEEN K.P. had delivered the product on time(Flipkart Tracking id FMPC[protected] . I accidentally clicked on bad review stating not received a balance change. I request your good organization to kindly retrieve any actions upon this on the agent, as I am unable to change the review in the app.

I gave wrong feedback my mom received delivery I have given 2 numbers and it showed on my phone the order is delivered but I didn't received it... that's why I gave negative feedback it's not delivery person mistake plz don't take any action against him

I gave wrong feedback today. My order reached and my friend received it. I thought delivery partner didn't deliver it as it happened to me earlier once. It is not the delivery person Simon Mascaranhas's mistake. Please don't take any action against him.

By mistake My sister gave wrong feedback today. It's not the pickup person's mistake, That pickup person had called me but the call was not connected so he could not take the parcel.it's my sister mistake, she returned the parcel but she gave wrong feedback on ekart logistics for the pickup person.So kindly request don't take any action against him(Shishir Mahakul).
