Ekart Logistics — Regarding failed delivery, not attending calls

Dear sir/ma'am,
this is mobasshir Sohail
i have booked an order from flipkart with order id OD[protected],
and ekart logistics took my courier for delivery but from last 4 days it has been showing that order is out for delivery and not yet delivered and end of the day it is showing failed delivery.
your ekart delivery agent is not picking up my calls neither call back several times.
here is the number of delivery agent- [protected].
i have called him from last 3 days since i got his number from flipkart.
he didn't respond any single call.

i heard a lot about ekart logistics about fastest and secure delivery but this time it is not the same.
this is very casual behavior from your side.
i want to know when will i get my courier?

i need to hear from you once.

here i am sharing tracking number of my parcel- FMPC[protected].

kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
