Dear sir, My complaint is related to order of flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected].I purchased the said item in Flipkart, Due to the damaged package of the said item, I clicked on returned option on website as the product package was totally damaged and the item was not same present which I have ordered on the Flipkart site. So I choose for return pick up, and my pickup date was 1 December 2021, but the ekart logistic didn't pick up one prescribed date. They came on 6 December, that means after 5 days, with this issue that the item isn't matching and they rejected for pickup. When I visited the ekart logistic office at District Pulwama, their behaviour was totally different, not customer friendly, not supportive and they said go and they said go and complaint no one can have such power who can register any complaint related to us.i didn't understand one thing, if their behaviour is same with all customers, than what is the requirement of said office in our locality, it's public dealing, and it should be friendly and supportive.If the package was damaged why they have delivered such items.
