[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Returning the product and refund related

Sir, I have been delivered with a fake product (which I came to know once after paying the COD amount and opening the parcel).
I wanted to return the courier that is delivered to me via EKart Logistics Surface via AWB#: SRTC[protected].
Have tried calling several times to the In-charge and they never responds back.
Kindly help me in returning the courier/ parcel and get me the refund of the amount that was paid.

My issue was resolved in two days once after the complaint was lodged. They have called from a number: 08588816654 and told they are ready to return the money and they have payed it back to my phonepay. Thanks a lot.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
