Ekart Logistics — Rude behaviour of the partner

I have ordered one emma mattress and emma pillow. And the same was delivered and the product was excellent.
But i have a complaint regarding the delivery patner. The delivery was effected through the ekart and i have followed up with my order and i came to know that the order will be delivered today. As i am out of station today i. Have contacted them and intimated yo arrange delivery on tomorrow, or intimate the time.
They said they can't and responded very rude to me. The called me, but i am unable to attend the call and when i called back they intimated that they left from my station and they are going to return it today itself and they attended my request very rude.
