Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding the above-mentioned shipment. This shipment was successfully delivered to our customer on 22nd October 2025 at 05:35 PM. As per the delivery person's instruction, the customer made an online payment of ₹1925, with UTR number[protected]. A screenshot of the payment is attached for your reference.

Additionally, our customer has:
- Confirmed receipt of the shipment via WhatsApp message (screenshot attached)
- Shared a photo of the received shipment and the correct product (attached)

Over the past two days, I have repeatedly contacted your team and raised multiple tickets to inform you that the shipment has been successfully delivered.

Despite all this, you have marked the shipment as RTO (Return to Origin), which is not only unjustified but also deeply hurtful to the customer. This raises concerns about possible dishonesty or mishandling on your part.

Due to this inappropriate and unprofessional conduct, which has caused mental distress and potential financial loss, I am filing a formal complaint against you with the consumer forum.
