My name is PRAVEEN KUMAR DHUMALE and registered mobile number is [protected]. I have placed an order on Isha life order # [protected] and the products are sent through delivery partner Ekart logistics ILIP[protected] . on 18th october, the shipment reached Habsiguda Hub, hyderabad. on 19th october i got a message that the product is out for delivery but in the evening, i got a message that it is rescheduled. but i didnt request for rescheduled. i google ekart logistics habsiguda hub address and went there directly but there is no Hub over there. i tried calling toll free numbers of Ekart logistics but its not working . so its already 5 days late. so kindly send the product or give me your Habsiguda new hub address, so that i will collect it . so kindly do the needful to solve this issue as soon as possible. when i got the message from ekart, i called delivery executive number but it is ringing but not answering my calls and after that they switched off the phone.
