Ekart Logistics — They never deliver at the said location even though we have laid for the delivery charges. They never pick the return packages.

These people working in Ekart, chumukedima, 797103, Nagaland, near shandi medical store are very RUDE & ARROGANT and does not know how to talk to CUSTOMERs. They don't know their responsibilities and even talk back like we owe them something. One of the guy working there with whom i spoke over the phone said accepting courier returns wasn't his problem. I was like, what the actual ###?? Why the bloody hell are they even providing a courier service if they can't accept such CUSTOMER complatand get so easily triggered. These people working there are so aggressive. It really pissed me off.
