Ekart Logistics — Toyloft diecast car

I placed an order through Toyloft, but the shipment process has been extremely disappointing. The status of my shipment was stuck at "Pickup Exception" from December 13th, 2024, without any updates. Today, on December 15th, 2024, I noticed the status changed to "Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT", indicating a return-to-origin action.

This action has been taken without any delivery attempt made at my address. I have not rejected the order, nor was I contacted regarding the delivery. Such negligence reflects a failure in the service process, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

I kindly request an investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure the timely delivery of my order. Please advise on the steps to resolve this issue.
