Ekart Logistics — Unacceptable Delay and False Delivery Attempt Tracking ID REWP[protected]

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my delivery (Tracking ID: REWP[protected]).

The package was supposed to be delivered on 27-Feb-2026. However, without any actual delivery attempt, the status was falsely updated as “attempted delivery.” This is completely unacceptable. No one contacted me, no one visited my address, and yet the system reflects an attempt was made.

After that, the status was changed to indicate delivery would be attempted on 28-Feb-2026. As of now, no delivery has been made and there have been no updates whatsoever. This lack of transparency and accountability is highly unprofessional.

I need an immediate and accurate update on when this package will be delivered. There must be a clear ETA provided. It is not acceptable to mark false delivery attempts or leave customers without proper status updates.

I expect this issue to be addressed urgently and the delivery to be completed without any further excuses or delays.
