I ordered a product on 17th Apr 2026 and the product handed over to Ekart logistics with "REWP[protected]". As per the estimation delivery time the product should be delivered by 29th Apr 2026 but the product remain undelivered. Upon that they mentioned as "Unsuccessful delivery" without even contacting me and they keep on changing the product location without trying to deliver the product. I need your assistance to ensure deliver the product to me as soon as possible.
