I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue I faced today with a delivery received through Ekart. The package delivered to me is completely bogus. There is no sender address mentioned, and the phone number provided is fake. Upon opening the parcel, I was shocked to find nothing but a piece of cardboard inside. This is the third time I am facing such an issue through Ekart, which raises serious concerns about the verification and handling of packages. As far as I understand, the outer packing is usually done at the Ekart warehouse, which suggests that the fraud could be happening within the warehouse itself. It is extremely disappointing and alarming.
I request you to provide the complete address and contact details of the sender at the earliest.
If that is not possible, kindly arrange for your team to collect the parcel from my location and process an immediate refund for the amount I paid.
