Ekart Logistics — Urgent Complaint Regarding Delivery Agent Fraud and Order Theft

Dear Ekart Logistics Team,

I am writing to raise a serious and ongoing issue related to fraudulent delivery practices by some of your Flipkart delivery agents operating in my area.

The issue:
Multiple times, I have observed that cheap-priced products (which do not require OTP for delivery) are being self-delivered by certain delivery agents without my consent or knowledge. These items are marked as "delivered, " but I have never received them.

I strongly believe these agents take possession of such parcels themselves and sell them in the market for commission or profit. Despite raising this issue directly at the local delivery hub, no action has been taken, and this activity continues to happen frequently.

Additionally, I have reasons to believe that some delivery agents who were previously delivering to my address — and against whom I complained — are still managing to get access to my orders. I suspect they intentionally assign such orders to themselves from the hub, load the goods into their vehicle, and then never deliver them — especially before the rightful delivery agent is assigned.

This is not a one-time incident. I have multiple examples of such orders and their statuses marked as "Delivered" falsely. I’m ready to share complete order details, proof of non-receipt, and names/numbers of the delivery agents and hub staff I already complained to — should Ekart wish to investigate this thoroughly.

Frankly, I hold the hub management and Ekart staff accountable for allowing such theft-like activities to go unchecked. I also raised the matter with Flipkart customer support, but no corrective action has been taken so far.

I request that this matter be investigated immediately and taken seriously before more customers fall victim to such internal malpractice. I am also keeping records of all communication and order details for reference.
