[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — WRONG DELIVERY OF PRODUCT (2 in 1 Vacuum Cleaner instead of a powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner) | |

Your Grievance has been successfully lodged and your docket number:4664144 By watching the video advertisement in the mobile (Kings Deal), I ordered a powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner by Home Care for Rs 1199/- on Jun 17, 2023 and the product was delivered by EKart vide tracking ID from NMBC[protected] on 23 June 2023. The payment was made through COD (UPI/DR/[protected]/EKART/YESB/[protected]@ybl/paymany). The product supplied was 2 in 1 Vacuum Cleaner only instead of a powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner whereas the invoice no KGD 31682 dated 17 Jun 2023 mentioned as powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner by Home Care and the address mentioned is CASACART 1, PAHARWA VILLAGE, GROUND FLOOR, KH NO. 10/9 & 12/1, POLE NON/F R-540 and Mobile No. [protected]. In the advertisement the company gave the mail id as [protected]@gmail.com. I was trying to contact them from the date of delivery till date through mobile and email but of no avail. The product delivered also is different and not shown in the advertisement whereas the company may be inadvertently or deliberately delivered the wrong product. I have forwarded many e-mails to the above-mentioned e-mail and called at the mobile no mentioned but to my dismay, I am yet to receive any reply from them. Further I called up your eKart contact no. [protected] but did not receive a proper reply other than IVR asking the registered phone no., followed by PIN. When we feed the above, it says "Dear customer we didn’t get the no to dial out, try again" repeatedly. The complaint lodged at eKart Customer Care vide [protected]@ekartlogistics.com, and [protected]@ekartcourier.com also bounced stating that your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@ekartcourier.com, [protected]@ekartlogistics.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. The delivery agent can’t get away from his responsibilities and have to provide either replacement or return of money. It is requested to take up the issue with the supplier / manufacturer / OEM and do the needful. I am sure that you must have done the proper verification of the supplier before entering into contract with the supplier. (Attached the photocopy of the invoice and picture of the product for your necessary action) I shall be obliged, if you could take up the matter with the supplier and an early resolution of the issue under intimation. A Complaint vide no 4664144 was made to NCH but the company did not respond till date and NCH asked me file consumer complaint immediately and am planning to go for it shortly.
