Ekart Logistics — Wrong material delivered

Address: PLOT NO. 165 3RD FLOOR, AMRAPALI MARG, RATHORE NAGAR, VAISHALI NAGAR, JAIPUR. 302021

I had purchased "Laser Distance meter" with COD of Rs 1499/-, But surprisingly found that "Normal Measuring tape and a soap bar" was delivered to me instead of the Laser Distance meter (with ekart order id[protected]] & oder no: 6066). This is complete Fraud.

I am unable to return the item through ekart logistics website... Plz help me to return the item and refund me the money... this is sure HARASSMENT.

I want to return the item and want refund of Rs 1499/-.
