Fixed Deposit amount not paid by Company.
FIXED DEPOSIT INTEREST AND MATURITY AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED.
I have a Fixed deposit of 100000 ( one lakh) with ELDER PHARMA. I have not received 2014 interest and matured amount till to date. F.D no: 60873. Date of Deposit :17/10/2011.Maturity date 16/102014. Interest payment : Quarterly. My mother Frederica Luis and I Bianca Luis hold FDs with elder pharmaceuticals ltd of amount 3 lakhs and 2 lakhs respectively. My mother is now retired and was hoping to receive the money on maturity I.e. on 29 October 2015 . However we have not received it yet inspite of several attempts we will be approaching the concerned authorities to legally get our money back.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited — Non repayment of deposits
ELDER PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED- A Mumbai based corporate house has been a great defaulter in payment of dues to the common, retired and old age, handicap widows for last two years. The cheques issued have been bounced and lot of cases under sec 138 filed but there seems no legal remedy. Can anyone advise, how long such corporate keeps on cheating with the common public hard earned money. My wife ARPITA who is handicap and put her money in this company in the year 2012 and subsequent repayment cheques were issued and returned unpaid in the month of March-15, when she tried to contact the office, promoters of this company threatened her and even did not allow her to enter the premises and meet them... How horrible our corporate houses have become and do not fear of the Indian legal system. I would request all the concerned, please interrogate on this company, we will have many such big corporate houses behaving and cheating with the public money. As Single person can not fight against such big corporate house due to their strong political connections even if they do not bother to pay the dues of widows and old age retired people...
