I got a mail from id [protected]@datawind.com on 24/12/12 which stated the following..

So I booked the product 29/12/12 and even made the online payment through CCAvenue.


In turn I got a confirmation mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com on the same day confirming my order stating the following..

Also a receipt was generated after the payment confirmation of which the screenshot is attachhed and as per what was mentioned on making the online payment the product wa supposed to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. But still the status shown on URL aapkiaap.com/cod.status.htm is "Order Received" which means there seem no chance of delivery.
I kindly request you to either process the request to delivery of product or help me to get my money back.
Please help me ASAP.
