This is to whom so ever it may concern, This email intends to file a formal complaint against one of your CUSTOMER support agent name â Raju Kumar â who seems literally from a illiterate background, doesnât have any sense of CUSTOMER handling or understanding english, moreover he is more talented to insult the CUSTOMERs by hanging up & arguing with existing CUSTOMER. I have an issue with my existing elica brass built in hob and I have contacted your HELPLINE number in order for some resolution. I rang your toll free number[protected]. These illiterate guy name raju answered the call, this entire conversation is highly recommended to investigate & understand the way he has handled the call. His actions/words are so disgraceful for me & forced me to write this email. He literally doesnât understand english, thats why he asked me to repeat my name 10 times, he tested my patience, then still finally ended with âBOBY SOURI instead of Bobby John â Secondly he asked me about my address, it took almost 15 mins for him to understand my address and that too even after helping him by word to word along with spelling. He again failed to understand me & wrote â A801 Radhe Pipeline instead of A801 Radhe Skyline. â He instead argued with me once I have lost my temper, I literally felt like he is being so sarcastic as if he doesn't give a ### if I raise my voice or be abusive. He doesnât give a ### about his job. I have asked him to reverify the details, the number to make sure he did everything correctly, he strongly obligated and asked me to come again with the details, ARE YOU SERIOUSLY HIRING THESE KINDA PEOPLE ?? I WILL BE TALKING THIS MATTER AHEAD & WILL BE PUBLISHING ON SOCIAL PLATFORMS. These kinda people are threat for your companyâs reputation, they only care about their pay checks, but not about companyâs future, these illiterate peoples wont understand your brand value and would tarnish your reputation very shortly.
