Dear sir I Surendra Singh gusain ex petty officer number 202287 w has not been issued smart card till date .I was discharged from service on 31st December 1990 .I had applied for echs smart card three years back and then about one year back applied on line and made the required payment on line for which I got the confirmation from Delhi office that payment is made to us but my case in in verification office .I would appreciate and if my verification on echs card can be done as soon as possible . since last more then 28 years I haven't availed any echs facilities as I don't have any card .but know I am 61 years old and wants to have echs card for my medical treatment if in case I required in future . please look in to the matter and get me issue with the card .my mobile number [protected]
