        Sir, i had submitted my 10 d form at epfo, sector 23, dwarka, new delhi on dated 19/09/2018. Several times i visited the office and got only one answer that it is under process. Now about five months have completed but till date i have no clear response for status of my pension. I am a retired person and needs funds for monthly expenditure. Pl. Do the needful to expedite the process.

          Respected sir,

          I have applied advance online claim on october'18 but till date i haven't received my money. So i have raised my complaint through grievance several times but still the matter has not resolved.. Details of the grievance details is as follows
          (1) robnd/e/2018/41014:- (Dt:-2/11/2018)-as per grievance team claim for 31 settled for rs 145600/- vide neft chq no-337739 dt 12/10/2018 in the favour of hdfc bank account at jamshedpur branch, but same was returned, hence it is requested please forward the reissue application addressed to rpfc-1...
          As per instruction i have sent all the docs to the concerned office at mumbai.
          (2) robnd/e/2018/43864:- (Dt-07/12/2018):-in the second grievance i have received confirmation that "your grievance has been received to this office and same is under consideration and will be resolved shortly".

          Again after waiting more then a month again i have written to the grievance
          (3) robnd/e/2019/73267:-withreference to your grievance, it is to inform that please submit online claim to this office for settlement.

          After lots of follow up till date my money has not credited to my account... Please help.

            I have submitted all my documents and even the concern person from my company keeps going to the office to rectify the situation. The keep giving daysa nd dates when it will be updated but nothing has been updated. It has 4 and half months since we gave the documents in the office but no update. Need this rectified ASAP. The P.F office of KR Puram is so hopeless, how long can a server be down??? They keep giving excuse and explanation

                My self inderjit singh. My uan no is[protected]. I have submitted my claim at portal on 31 jan 2018 and pf settling time is 15 days online and i am still waiting for the amount. Whenever i try to contact pf office they don't pick the call or we have to hear busy time. Please settle my claim and please do it asap because i need the amount whether it is low but it's my right.
                Sir I have transferred my old PF amount (APHYD[protected]to my new PF account (APHYD[protected] where as my pension amount of Rs 7373/- is not reflecting in my new PF account. Kindly check the attachment for your reference

I registered a clain in inoperative help desk with all relevant details, but still no reply from them. This was done on 22/11/2018. It is showing 'wait for helpdesk to send message'.                     My name is sheikh basharul islam. I was working on genius consultants payroll, bangalore and was deputed to tata global beverages bangalore. I am requesting genius pf office from september 2018 to correct dates in my uan portal so that i can withdraw my pf balance as i am not working with any organisation now.
                    Nobody is listening even mr raveendra (Employee @genius office bangalore) also mailed them with the same directions. I request if anybody can help me with the same. I feel genius consultants is intentionally holding our money to earn by reinvesting it.
                    I was trying to reach them on phone but nobody received there whenever i called.

                        I have been filing online pf transfer claim since last 1 year and each time it's rejected by bandra filed office. The reason has been mentioned as "has been rejected due to :- wages 15000/- not eligible for eps membership but estt remitted cont in pension fund instead of pf/ok".

                        I have been member of eps earlier and the reason for rejection is not that clear and there has been no response to my e-mails either. My latest claim id which got rejected is "mhban[protected]".

                        Can someone please help me transfer pf from my old uan to new uan? It's been almost 3 years that i am trying to get my pf transferred to my current employer.

                                    I am writing this complaint regarding my pf balance, annual interest is not updated on my account for last year. Please get this checked and do the necessary correction.
